Direct Hospital Admissions: North – Robbinsdale Hospital
To schedule a direct admit, call North – Robbinsdale Hospital One Call:
1-800-230-2413.
- From 06:00 to 20:00, direct admissions patients check in at the Ambulatory Surgery Center on Floor 1 of the hospital atrium.
- After 20:00 on weekdays and on weekends, direct admit patients check in at the Emergency Department.
- Please instruct patients to tell the triage nurse that they are arriving as a “direct admit.”

Apply for Privileges
Our Medical Staff Services department at North Memorial Health is here to support you through every step of the credentialing and privileging process at our hospitals, clinics, and surgery center. We’re committed to making this process as smooth as possible for practitioners who wish to provide services at any of our facilities. We’re excited to help you get started and ensure you have everything you need to join our team.
How to Apply
- Submit this web form to request an Initial Credentialing Application
- Refer to the Credentialing Application Instructions to ensure you have gathered all necessary information before starting your application.
Required Documentation
- Immunizations
- Certificate of Liability Insurance
- Summary of any pending or settled malpractice claims
Reappointment
- The appointment cycle is valid for 3-years (36 months).
- Members will receive an email notification approximately four (4) months prior to the reappointment application deadline. This advance notice ensures timely processing and helps prevent any risk of membership expiration.
Maintaining Eligibility
- Our Credentialing team actively monitors the expiration of the following items to ensure continuous privileges for all members:
- State License
- DEA Registration
- Board Certification
- Liability Insurance
- In the event of an expiration, a member’s privileges will temporarily be inactivated, in accordance with the Hospital Bylaws and Credentialing Policy. For assistance, please contact our team via email at Expirables@NorthMemorial.com.
Hospital Affiliation Verification
- We are pleased to offer online primary source verification of North Memorial Health Hospital Affiliation for healthcare organizations and credentialing agents. If the system is unable to generate your affiliation letter, please contact the Medical Staff Office at 763-581-4280 or via email at Medical.Staff.Office@NorthMemorial.com.
How to Update Information
- The Medical Staff Services department is responsible for maintaining all credentialing files and ensuring that information is current and accurate. Please submit any changes related to the following information via email at Medical.Staff.Office@NorthMemorial.com:

The North Memorial Health Department of Pharmacy Services provides care in the inpatient setting 24/7 and uses a decentralized pharmacy model.
The North Memorial Health Human Research Protections Program (HRPP) is responsible for protecting the rights, safety, and welfare of patients participating in research occurring at North Memorial Health and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies. The North Memorial Health Research Office guides and supports the offices and programs that make up the HRPP and serves as the point of contact for investigators or sponsors conducting research at NMH. North Memorial Health does not maintain its own Institutional Review Board (IRB) and relies on external IRBs for all non-exempt research.
