Approach To Care
Dr. Brent Berry’s specialty is neurology with particular interest in Electrophysiology – a branch of physiology that studies the electrical properties of biological cells and tissues. He chose to pursue a career in medicine to combine his interest in science and humanitarianism.
With his expertise, Dr. Berry was able to help a young woman having a life-threatening or severely disabling basilar stroke. He identified the clot which was removed with mechanical thrombectomy and was able to trace the cause of the stroke. His patient suffered no deficits and became a very memorable patient success story.
Dr. Berry’s personal advice for overall good health is a short, succinct list: exercise every day, maintain a consistent sleep schedule, don’t smoke, don’t drink excessively, and limit saturated fats and concentrated sugars in your diet.
